As our Social Media Specialist, you won't just be posting content. You'll become the person behind the strategy, planning, and execution that shapes how MAPID is seen by thousands of people across our digital channels.

You'll turn technical topics into content people actually want to read, build content plans that support business goals, and coordinate ideas from different teams into stories that are clear, relevant, and impactful.

From content calendars and creative briefs to campaign support and brand storytelling, you'll help ensure every piece of content has a purpose, a message, and an audience.

Because behind every growing brand, there's someone making sure the right story reaches the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage MAPID’s organic social media strategy across relevant channels.
  • Define content pillars, audience direction, key messages, and content objectives.
  • Create content plans, content calendars, and creative briefs for social media content.
  • Write and review captions, hooks, and content copy.
  • Coordinate content production with internal teams, manage publishing schedules and ensure social media consistency.
  • Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Translate technical topics such as location intelligence, WebGIS, spatial data, dashboards, survey, and business use cases into content that is easier to understand.
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with MAPID’s brand, tone of voice, and business direction
